Let's start with Charlie then!
Charlie McDonnell (charlieissocoollike) is an amazing YouTuber. I remember coming across a video at the end of 2010 somewhen, This Is Me (Medley), and thought that he was cute and had a nice voice but I didn't subscribe. I wasn't a subscriber to hardly anyone, I barely used YouTube. And then February last year I found another video and I remembered him and I literally sat and watched as many video's of his that I could. I then finished watching them over the following days. I subscribed and I still am subscribed. I don't mind the fact that Charlie does fewer videos than a lot of YouTubers unlike some people who always tell him to post more. Charlie is all about quality, not quantity. He won't post anything that he isn't really proud of onto his channel.
Through Charlie, I found Alex and Michael Aranda. And through Alex, I found 5 Awesome Guys and Tom Milsom. I found 5 Awesome Girls and TheVlogBrothers from 5 Awesome Guys and Kristina, Kayley and Hayley through 5 Awesome Girls. I found Luke from Kristina and then found Joey and Meghan and Cat and Tessa and Ingrid and from Ingrid I found Fleur who is probably one of the most recent people of whom I have subscribed to. I am subscribed to a lot more 'famous' YouTubers as such but these are the main ones who I can't miss a video from. I am a YouTube Addict.
Alex, Charlie, Kristina and Tessa are probably my all time favourite YouTubers. Alex is completely different from Charlie. He posts videos more often and although they are amazing, they are not as 'squeaky clean' as Charlie's. It was also thanks to Alex that I found out most of what happens in the first Twilight book. As I refused to get involved with the whole thing and I then found out he did a 'Alex reads Twilight' series I was like 'GRR I CAN'T WATCH IT' but then realized I could. As he took the complete utter piss out of it and it was the funniest thing ever. I also love his music and I think he is beautiful, no matter what other people say. He is extremely weird which just makes him even more beautiful. Kristina is amazing. I have not much else to say on her. I want her and Alex to get back together. That is all. And Tessa is hilarious even though she rarely makes videos no more I know I will laugh so much when she finally posts one.
When I go onto YouTube, I never expect anything to be there but when there is, it is like a friend or family member giving you a gift. It doesn't matter whose video I am watching I will usually always break out in a grin by the end. Now this is going to sound soppy but I feel like I belong over on YouTube, even though I don't make videos myself. I feel as though it is one big massive family.
As an example, Kristina made a video last October just before NaNoWriMo started. The video was about NaNoWriMo and she was talking about finding a Writing Buddy, someone who is also doing NaNoWriMo that can spur you on and that you can spur on. You can swap ideas with and help each other through it. This girl commented saying that she was doing NaNoWriMo and would happily be anyone's Writing Buddy. I went onto her channel and she had made some videos herself. I watched them and liked her and so messaged her. We have been messaging since and she is lovely and clever and funny. YouTube people are lovely. Most of the time.
Right I am tired and even though I could write a lot more I am going to go and finish watching Take Me Out - The Gossip from last week as I missed it and Dougie is on it. And then I am going to bed.
