A day in advance...because I can.

“Because there’s something else. You’re text to me made me think and I thought that you should know that I am dating someone who is exactly like Treasure” Tom grinned, quickly glancing over at me. “Really? I bet she’s not as clever or pretty as she is though. You two would be perfect together Tom” Debbie sighed. Tom rolled his eyes before looking over at me. I pulled a weird face which resulted in him laughing his head off. “Tom, why are you laughing?” Debbie asked.

“Treasure is sat over there pulling faces at me” Tom replied.

“Oh Tee! Come on screen!” Debbie said excitedly. I got up and went and sat down next to Tom.

“Hey Debbie” I smiled.

“Hello lovely!” Debbie smiled.

“Can I tell you something?” I asked.

“Sure” Debbie replied.

“I am dating your son” I smiled. Tom turned to me and grinned. I turned to him and smiled before leaning against him. “OMIGOSH REALLY!?!?!” Debbie screamed. Tom and I both burst out laughing as Carrie suddenly appeared behind Debbie. “What’s going on?!?” She asked.

“Tom and Tee are dating!” Debbie giggled.

“Aww, cute!” Carrie grinned.

“It’s only new so don’t tell anyone. We’re just trying things out” Tom said.

“Of course we wouldn’t tell a soul! And aww this is just perfect!” Debbie giggled.

“It’s hard though as we’re best friends and we don’t want to ruin our friendship. But we realised that our feelings for each other were stronger than just friendship” I explained.

“That’s understandable. Oh wow. Tee, your mum would be so, so happy!” Debbie grinned.

“I know” I whispered. Tom placed his arm around me and pulled me close before planting a kiss on the top of my head, resulting in another squeal from Debbie. Tom laughed. “Well that’s all we wanted to say. We’d best go now, we have to be up early. I just had to see your reaction” Tom smiled. “Why couldn’t you have told us today though Tom?” Debbie asked.

“Things weren’t official until halfway through our visit home. We still had a lot of talking to do” I replied. “Wow! So this is very new then?” Debbie asked.

“Very new indeed. I’ll speak to you soon mum, bye” Tom waved.

“Cya Debbie” I smiled.

“Bye Tom, bye Tee. Love you both” Debbie waved before Tom ended the call. He turned to me and grinned before he leant over and kissed me.

I woke up and grinned. I was going to Australia! I jumped out of bed and ran out of my room and over to Tom’s before running straight in. He was sat in bed with his TV on and he screamed as I ran into his room. I laughed. “Shit, sorry” I giggled.

“No, no it’s fine” Tom laughed. I giggled whilst jumping round the room. “Are you preparing yourself to fit in when we get to Australia? Like a kangaroo?” Tom laughed.

“No I am just so excited!” I giggled before jumping around in a circle. I froze, facing his sofa full of teddies.
