BONJOURNO

Btw, I have no idea if that is how you spell that I do not do spanish and never have done. Wait...is that even spanish?
Hey ho
Its a meeeee mariooo, well i'm afraid it isnt youve got me instead but still.
Today I would like to tell you about the week I spent at Laura's house, well nearly a week.
So if you are all sitting comfortably then I'll begin.

Basically we are of the age where we will be going to uni next september (hopefully) and so the idea was that I went to stay at Laura's so that we could learn to cook for ourselves. haha you may laugh as you wish. But infact we did mostly manage it! We made our famous pasta dish, sausage casserole, chicken pie and veg (well that doesnt really count because we didnt actually make the pie it was frozen), quorn korma and jacket potato with bacon and cheeeeeeese :) yes you must say it as cheeeeeese and not cheese it is compulsory. And to be honest I was very proud!

Also we made chocolate orange cupcakes and we also cooked Herman which for those of you that dont know it is a german friendship cake with apple in. And I must say it was rather scrummy!

Aside from cooking, we also played some swingball and badminton (by which I mean sat, chilling on the grass because it was too friggen hot) and we did a jigsaw puzzle of a bear with other bears inside him (that sounds wrong ;)) which was really rather tricky, but we managed it!

We also wached plenty of the olympic diving as it featured Tom Daley ;) and we watched literally the prelims, semis and the final. So proud he got Bronze! However, my highlight of that evening was also screaming at the television because Miranda Hart was on there beforehand chatting to Clare Balding the presenter. And she said that if Tom won gold she would jump in the pool in her underwear! Loooooool! I may add she didnt have to in the end!

And last but not least who could forget our amazing singing! Espically you gotta have cake da cake da cake you gotta have cake! inspired by George Micheal and Herman as George sand at the closing ceremony and it just made me think of Heather from eastenders...

Anyway salong for now! *starts singing sa-long, farwewell, aufweidersehn, goodbyyyye!*

Amy :) x
