Kat Says: Penguins!!

So it's Saturday which means that my friend Kat has given me something to talk about/express my opinions on.

And for the first Saturday of 2012, she said penguins.

No joke, penguins. Penguins are actually one of my favourite animals due to their cuteness and the way they walk/waddle...

I have two cuddly soft penguins. One I have no idea where I got it from but it is adorable and fat and called Chilly. She has flashing bunny ears on her, a flower garland and a cocktail umbrella because she is a party penguin. I also have a penguin that I bought last year from London Zoo. He is called Barry and has amazing hair.

My favourite type of penguin is the Rockhopper penguin because of it's amazing hair (Barry is a rockhopper!).

A few years ago I went to Marwell Zoo with Amy and her mum and they name their penguins, and have their names and a picture of them on the wall. Might sound hard to spot a penguin but they have 'wrist-bands' almost which are different colours so you can tell the penguins apart. Anyway, Amy and I thought that this penguin was adorable and so we found pit that her name (Funny part is, I currently can't remember her name despite Amy doing a scrapbook page on her...)...anyway, she then decided to follow us around...then a few years later I went back with my aunt and we found the same penguin!! We went on a hunt for her and then we found Ralph <3 Ralph had a skin condition which meant that he had to wear a 'coat'. But where do you get a waterproof penguin coat from?!?! Well someone made one from the leg of a human wet suit. It was bloody adorable.


So yes, penguins. I fricken love them. I two pet penguins yet I don't think that that is going to happen...
