20 minutes to go until it is Sunday. It's fine.
Right, so the theatre.
I have been to the theatre a few times, yet I have only seen 4 different shows at the West End. I have seen: Wicked (3 times), Hairspray (2 times), Lion King (2 times) and Grease (1 1/2 times) which I will explain. Basically, Grease was on a school trip. We went up there and had seen half of it but then someone came out and told us that they had had a powercut backstage and so were going to have to cancel the show, but they refunded our tickets and so we went again. I've seen the first half of Grease twice, and the second half once.
All three times I have seen Wicked and one of the Hairspray times were out of school but the others were all on school trips which was good as they were cheaper tickets and we didn't have to pay for travel. And it was always so much fun being on the coach afterwards. Especially when we all sung the songs from that musical on the way back.
My favourite West End production that I have seen is by far Wicked. And I want to go see it again. Grease was second, then Lion King and then Hairspray. Wicked though. Nothing will ever get up to Wicked.
I wanted to see Legally Blonde at the West End but it's not in London anymore, I believe that it is currently in Brighton which isn't too far so maybe one day. I have to see Matilda. There is no question about it.
This blog post is pretty lame due to it being nearly 10 to 12 now and me being knackered. And I have to get up at 8 tomorrow D:
Anyway, this has turned more into 'West End' then 'theatre' but to me, that is what theatre is. I haven't been to anywhere else to see a theatre production, apart from Woking to see a Christmas pantomime. But that is it.
Anyway yars...Wicked is amazing and brilliant and the best thing ever. Well, one of.
